The summer of 2020, the summer my love affair with moss reached new heights. I am completely obsessed. Solid, hard lava rock becomes soft, covered under a thick and warm carpet like layer of moss. To grow this thick, it can take hundreds of years. Moss is extremely fragile, it doesn't really have roots, so it needs to be handled carefully. And it's so soft. I mean...
