Þarahrat is a material research project by myself and Ísafold Kristín Halldórsdóttir, funded by the Icelandic Student Innovation Fund. It aims to explore the possibilities of creating a selection of new local, biodegradable materials from microalgae pulp that is Algalíf's only waste from their Astaxanthin production.
